i have some boneless country style beef ribs and would like to cook them in the slowcooker. any ideas? i will consider cooking them in the oven as well. please help me out with some recipes.

We are moving across country, but want to leave some things in our house for staging purposes as well as the fact that one of us is staying for a number of months until the house gets sold. We are trying to figure out how much we are going to spend if we split the move up into two trips, or if it is cost prohibitive to do so. Thanks.
