But dont know a thing about the software side. I owned a few drum and synth machines before like the Korg EMX and Roland MC 909 which I made all my own original songs on, however I sold those about a year ago.

So back to my question, what all do i need EXACTELY to start making trance music again but on my computer? I hear so many terms that mean absolutely NOTHING to me like compressors? wtf is that?

I just want to know what i will need to buy to start up and ill work my way up to more things as i go along and get more familiar with how things are. So what should i buy first? A basic program like fruity loops? If so, which one? Or is there a better program to start out with other than fruity loops? And if u mention difrerent programs and other technologies please tell me specifically what it is they do and what i need to do with them. Ive read otehr answers on here responding to similar questions but again i get caught up in the confusion when technical terms are thrown around.

I want to start a website.
I need to find the best webhosting package i can get.
I need loads of really cool templates to choose from , for the design , layout , and overall look , but also the potential of editing these and inserting my own graphics.
I need lots of space to upload about 100 / 200 mp3s , email capabilities , and the ability of bolting on a phpbb or other kind of forum ( which will have daily backups )
It needs to be really good quality with as close to 100% uptime as possible.. Good places on search engines a must too.
And , lots of extra options, should i need them.

I dont want to pay thru the nose for it either , so the best and most cost effective is what im after.

I want something that feels like you could dance to it at a party or a club, but honestly I’ll take anything you can give me.

Please help!!! I have a great love of beat heavy dance music and screaming and double bass drums, but I know not where to find them all in one.

I remember the lyrics for an old song from the 90’s that sounds something like (and also starts off with) “Nani nani baigo, punani bago”…Unfortunately that’s all I can remember. I believe it was a techno/house song with ragga vocals. The artist is female. If it helps, it kinda sounds like the song “Boom Boom Boom (now lemme hear you say whayo) — Outhere Boys.”
it has a techno type of beat, sort of like ‘i like to move it’.

It’s an electro/dance/club/techno song, circa 2002. A friend made a mixed CD for me and the song was on there, but since then the CD has been lost and I don’t see that friend anymore. It has a Hawaiian/ukulele/Polynesian feel to it, and the really bad part is, it’s instrumental! If it had words, I’d just google those. I have tried searching “hawaiian techno” and “ukulele techno” with no luck. Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Advice on where to look for this would be awesome too. If there’s any other info that might be helpful, please let me know! All answers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

For me it’s Oakenfold, Armin Van Burren, Dirt Devils, Blank and Jones, Slyder, Dj Sasha, etc. etc.
Tiesto is good, but he’s not the greatist artist.
