Please help me identify this Rock/Ska song. I think It’s Sublime?

Ok, so I’ve had this song in my cd collection since I was in high school; probably 2005 or something. It’s an instrumental and when I downloaded it, it was just named “Sublime” on Kazaa or whatever program I was using at the time. I’ve uploaded the song here: http://mp3space.com/stream.php?id=85888

If anyone could tell me the name of the song, or who it’s by, that would be so awesome. Thanks.

which ska is better?

you got your sothern california west coast stuff (reel big fish, less than jake, buck-o-nine, etc) and then theres the new england northeast stuff (catch 22, streetlight manifesto, etc). i personally can hear the difference and like little things about each.
new streetlight manifesto album best album i bought last year and may be better than losing streak and turn the radio off

Good dub/ska-punk bands?

Im lookin for some new music but categorizin is hard.

Im lookin for a dub band mainly but the singer’s voice to be like that of Sublime or The Expendables.

Rapping is cool but I’m lookin for a singing style like Goeff weers and Bradley Nowell.
